How to make apointments at the doctor or a specialist a great experience.

I looked at the whole user journey from appointment booking to treatment and follow up. I researched different kinds of icon illustration styles that could give a positive feeling - usually when people go to the doctor they are not in the best mood.

For patients with cognitive issues and for everyone that may have stress in their lives or other issues remembering things I added clear checklist and push notifications so the patient is guided through each step.
